Identical to the standard Vortexbox, except it has a pair of 1 terabyte harddrives configured in RAID 1, (miorrored), for redundancy, a different case, (so 2 hard drives can be fitted) & slightly higher power consuption due to the 2nd hard drive. Pricing is $645.00 inc GST plus delivery.

If you request an upgrade for your Vortexbox, this may delay delivery by 2 or 3 days as we may have to specially order in the upgrades. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an invoice. Upon receipt of your payment, we will order the parts & the ship the goods once it is ready to go. We will email you when it has been shipped with a tracking number.

Delivery
Unless otherwise arranged, we ship by Australia Post registered mail with insurance.
Payment
Payment can be made either by direct deposit to our bank account or via Paypal. Paypal will attract a 1.5% surcharge to cover their fees. We will include the relevant details on our invoice to you.

Warranty
All Vortexbox appliances & custom built computers supplied by VortexBox (Australia) come with a 12 month return to base warranty against faulty parts and/or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover software issues, damage caused by misuse and/or abuse, or problems that are external to the Vortexbox appliance. It does not cover recovery or preservation of data stored on the Vortexbox appliance’s hard drive.
This also means that freight to & from our premises is not covered by warranty & is your responsibility. We will email you an invoice for delivery back to you & upon receipt of your payment will send your goods back to you.
